The building costs here, are a fraction of Belgian prices, so depending on what you are willing to spend, you will have a small house beginning from about 150.000R$ (+-27.830€).
Here in the region you even find (very basic) houses for less than 100.000R$ (+-18.553€)
But if you are looking for a finished product, that lives up to european standards, you can buy some amazing villa's in the neigbouring condominium. with prices starting from 850.000R$ (+-157.700€).
Ok, and can anyone buy land or a house?
The only thing you need, if you want to buy something in Brasil is a CPF number (Cadastro de Pessoa Fysica). But nowadays (with some guidance) you can obtain this number through internet.
Once you have this number, you can buy anything of value in Brasil, like a motorcycle, car, boat, land, house,...
Any tourist/foreigner can stay in Brasil for a period of 90 days, and this 2 times a year without any problem!
However; if you want to stay longer or live here, there are some requirments/possibilities.
-invest at least 500.000R$ (+-92.765€) and start a company.
-prove that you have over +-1.850€ in pension
-or lately if you buy a property of at least 700.000R$ (in this region). Which currently is 129.871€! (1€=5,39R$)
Just do the test, and see what 129.871€ gets you in Belgium! Maybe you too will reconsider where you want to live... I guarantee you that this amount wil get you SO MUCH MORE here!
